General Background The rapid growth of internet service businesses has increased the need for reliable administrative information systems to support daily operations. Specific Background Keper PostNet, an MSME providing internet services in areas without cable coverage, still relied on manual data recording using paper forms and spreadsheets, resulting in inefficiencies and data inconsistencies. Knowledge Gap Existing practices were unable to provide integrated customer, package, and payment data management in a timely and accurate manner. Aims This study aimed to design a web-based administrative information system to manage customer data, billing, and payment processes at Keper PostNet. Results The developed system provides integrated features for administrators and customers, including customer management, service packages, payment processing, reporting, and invoice generation, and it successfully passed functional testing using black box methods. Novelty The study presents an integrated administrative system tailored to the operational needs of a local internet service MSME previously dependent on manual procedures. Implications The system supports more accurate data management, faster reporting, and improved administrative services, offering a practical reference for similar small-scale internet service providers.
