Abstract

The rapid development of industry in Indonesia necessitates innovative technological solutions to optimize organizational efficiency. Indo Tirta Abadi Gempol faced operational challenges in its warehouse and production departments due to manual processes, resulting in inefficiencies and data inaccuracies. This study develops a web-based information system with a distributed database to address these challenges and improve employee operations, data management, and productivity. By replacing manual workflows with automated processes, the system enhances data accuracy, simplifies inventory management, and provides real-time operational insights through user-friendly interfaces. It features modules for production scheduling, delivery management, and automated reporting aligned with company formats. Unlike generic solutions, the system is tailored to meet the specific needs of beverage packaging operations, including customizable workflows and scalable architecture for future enhancements. The results demonstrate improved operational workflows, reduced errors, and increased organizational productivity. This study contributes a practical framework for developing industry-specific information systems, offering valuable insights for businesses seeking to adopt similar solutions to streamline operations.
