General Background Personal financial management has become increasingly important alongside the rapid development of mobile technology. Specific Background Many individuals still face difficulties in recording and managing income and expenses systematically using existing tools. Knowledge Gap Existing applications have limitations in flexibility, feature integration, and online data management. Aims This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based financial recording application to support structured personal finance management. Results The developed application provides features for income and expense recording, financial visualization, and data export in PDF and CSV formats. The system was developed using the Flutter framework with a NoSQL Firebase database and successfully passed black box testing, while user evaluation through a Likert scale indicated high satisfaction levels. Novelty This study presents a mobile financial recording application developed using an Agile approach with integrated analysis and export features. Implications The application supports users in organizing personal financial data, monitoring transactions, and accessing financial records efficiently through a mobile platform.
