General Background The advancement of information technology has driven the need for efficient and accurate data management systems in business operations. Specific Background Toko Pojok, a micro and small retail enterprise in the Gebang Raya residential area, still relied on manual inventory recording, causing inefficiencies in stock management and data retrieval. Knowledge Gap Manual inventory practices limit data accuracy, accessibility, and operational efficiency in small retail businesses. Aims This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory management system to centralize stock data and support daily operational activities. Results The developed system enables digital recording of suppliers, products, transactions, and stock levels, supported by functional modules for users and administrators. System testing using black-box methods shows that all core functions operate as intended. Novelty The study presents a practical implementation of a centralized digital inventory system tailored to the operational needs of a neighborhood retail SME. Implications The system supports more accurate data management, simplifies inventory monitoring, reduces time and cost inefficiencies, and assists store owners in making better operational decisions.
