This type of research uses the R&D method with the ADDIE model, which is an instructional process consisting of 5 phases, which means analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This research was only conducted up to the development stage due to time constraints. This desktop-based learning media was built using Adobe Flash CS6. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by means of a limited-scale feasibility test on learning media which was carried out randomly to 5 students. To achieve this goal, the method used is the waterfall method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research aims to develop a web-based offset printing information system using the ADDIE method. This system is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in the ordering and reporting processes at Hj. Supaat Printing. The ADDIE method, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, is used to ensure a structured and effective system development. Laravel is employed as the framework for developing this system. The research results show that this information system successfully minimizes manual errors, saves time, and enhances service quality to customers. This makes the manager work less effectively in recording and as a customer it is also difficult for him to see the available field schedule. The aim of creating this web-based information system is to make it easier for managers to record orders and assist customers in ordering and viewing field schedules. The research method used in developing this information system is the waterfall method. The Village-Owned Enterprise Berdikari Abadi Sedatigede is one of the business units under the auspices of the village government and its business unit is the Waste Management Facility. However, its financial records still use conventional methods. This makes BUMDes managers less effective in recording their finances. The purpose of creating this web-based information system is to facilitate recording cash inflows, cash outflows, journals and financial reports. The research method used in developing this information system is the waterfall method.
